Cancellation Policy :

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped (within 2 hours of your placed order). Shipping charges (Rs.150) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Please note that we only accept exchanges/returns if the product is defective unfortunately (Almost all the sarees available on our website are handmade, and minor differences are not considered as defective. Isn't that the beauty of handmade?)

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at anikya.boutique413@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Only in case of defective product (which might sometimes happen unfortunately) please do raise your return request immediately after receiving the shipment by sending a mail and a snapshot of the defect.at anikya.boutique413@gmail.com or WhatsApp/txt at +917205301156. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product only after we receive the product and a quality check is done

The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges

The product will be picked up by the delivery team. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

Exchange Policy:

For exchanges, please drop a mail to anikya.boutique413@gmail.com with your order ID and other key information, within 72 hours of your receiving the product. It would be great if you add a line which explains the reason of return, so that we can take that into consideration and work towards improving it.

Once confirmed over e-mail from our end, please ship the product back to us within 7 days at the address mentioned below

If the return is due to a defect issue, only then the shipping charges will be borne by us. Please send us the courier receipt on the mail, for us to process the shipping reimbursements.

We also initiate reverse pickup for which payment has to be made separately. Please contact us on anikya.boutique413@gmail.com for the details. (reverse pickup from our side will be initiated if delhivery/Shiprocket is present in your city)

After the product arrives back to us, it would go for a thorough quality check as mentioned earlier and only after it’s approved; it’ll be eligible for exchange/return/refund.

If a fresh piece of the product in question is not in stock, the customer can either choose a different product altogether or, take a credit note (valid for a year), or get their entire amount reimbursed. Please specify on the mail what you’d prefer and we’ll take it forward from there.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code/credit note for the balance amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing your order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.

No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 3 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at anikya.boutique413@gmail.com

Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised or bought outside from the website for you

In the above case, when you are ordering something of your own choice outside of the website, and in case there is any defect in the product, only then the product will get exchanged with a new one or something else from the store. You can choose to return it too in case a defect is there. And we will refund you the entire money back.

* Please note that we only accept exchanges/returns if the product is defective unfortunately. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
* Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
* Customised products or products ordered outside from the website, cannot be returned or exchanged. But in case of defect, It will get exchanged/ return
* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
* Products bought during sale are non-refundable
